Refund policy

Produktlisens.no sells digital product keys delivered by email. This page explains what applies to the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds.

Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal

Product keys are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you consent to delivery starting straight away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the key has been delivered.

If you have not received your key yet, you can cancel the order and get your money back. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Activation guarantee

Even though the right of withdrawal lapses, all keys are covered by our activation guarantee. If the key does not work, you get a new key or your money back. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot of the error message.

Wrong product

If you bought the wrong product, for example Home instead of Pro, contact us before the key is activated and we will find a solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the payment method used for the purchase, normally within 10 business days. It may take a little longer before the amount appears in your bank account.
